That the COUNTY OF HAYS, a political sub
acting by and through its County Judge, Jim Powers, hereinafter referred to as Grantor,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
NollOO dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration to Grantor in hand paid by HOMEOWNER'S
ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHERN WOODS, INC., receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has Quitclaimed and does by these presents Bargain and Sell, Release and
forever Quitclaim unto HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHERN WOODS,
INC., all of Grantor's right, title, interest, claim, and demand in and to that certain right-
of-way interest described and incorporated herein for all purposes.
Lot Forty Two (42), SOUTHERN WOODS, a subdivision in Hays county, Texas,
according to the map or plat of record in Vol. 6, Page 359, Plat Records of Hays
County, Texas, corrected in Vol. 1200, Page 40 of the Official Records of Hays
County, Texas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD for said purposes together with all and singular the
rights, privileges, and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto
HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHERN WOODS, INC., their heirs,
executor, administrators, successors, or assigns forever. Neither Grantor nor Grantor's
heirs, executors, administrators, successors, or assigns shall have, claim or demand any
right or title to the property or any part of it.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument is executed on this
